GMTK — Peril at Mooncastle is an early access tabletop gaming application operated by Leo Baldock. These terms describe the conditions for using it.

Using GMTK

Use GMTK lawfully and respect other players. Keep your account secure. Do not attempt to access another group's private information, interfere with the service or upload content you do not have permission to use.

Your content and recordings

You retain your rights in the content you contribute. You allow GMTK and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to provide the game features you use and make it available to the participants you authorize.

Session calls can be recorded automatically when participants join. Make sure everyone understands and agrees to recording before joining. Do not record or upload another person's information without the permissions required by applicable law.

Early access

Features may change, fail or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important campaign material. Transcripts and generated summaries can be inaccurate. No particular uptime or feature availability is promised; nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
